How do I return an item?

1. You may return part or all of an order within 30 days. This includes flawed or incorrect merchandise.

2. You must notify us in advance if you are going to return an item.

3. All returned new parts must be in ‘unused’ condition.

4. Merchandise shipped in error will be immediately exchanged or refunded at no charge.

5. Shipping charges on return parts must be pre-paid and fully insured, as we will not accept collect shipments. You may send a UPS ‘Call Tag’. In cases where a return is due to our error, we will refund the pre-paid freight charges.

6. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.

7. There is a no return/no refund policy on all electrical parts and special ordered merchandise.
