Willys America Harnesses are made to Restoration Quality using “New Generation” Cloth-wrapped wires for early vehicles and Vinyl for later vehicles.

Wiring Harnesses are not voltage sensitive. The same harness can be used for both 6-Volt and 12-Volt Systems. However, the Battery Cable must be larger for 6-Volt Systems.

On 1946 to 1957 Vehicles – when converting from a 6-Volt to a 12-Volt System, the Instrument Cluster Voltage Regulator must be replaced with a 12-Volt Unit - # 118000.
